Chantelle Bubalo

Psychologist | Co-Director

Chantelle is a psychologist with experience across private practice, school psychology, and educational consultancy.

She works with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, helping them better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build practical skills to support their wellbeing. Known for her warm, engaging, and authentic approach, Chantelle creates a space where clients feel understood, valued, and supported.

Chantelle has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent young people and provides neuroaffirming assessment and intervention. Her areas of interest include ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, school attendance concerns, learning differences, identity development, friendship challenges, self-esteem, and neurodivergent burnout.

She also conducts comprehensive cognitive, educational, and ADHD assessments, helping families and schools better understand a young person's strengths, challenges, and support needs.

Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends, and three dogs. She loves being by the ocean, tackling renovation projects, and expressing her creativity through interior design.

Chantelle is committed to warm, collaborative, and evidence-based care that helps young people and their families feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

Rebecca Rowland

Psychologist | Co-Director

Rebecca is a psychologist with experience across private practice and school settings, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through both therapy and assessment.

Known for her warm, genuine, and down-to-earth approach, Rebecca helps people make sense of their experiences, better understand themselves, and identify practical pathways forward. She has a strong interest in neurodivergence across the lifespan, particularly high-masking and late-identified presentations, and provides neuroaffirming assessment and intervention.

Rebecca's areas of interest include ADHD, autism, anxiety, emotional regulation, executive functioning difficulties, burnout, life transitions, parenting, workplace wellbeing, divorce and separation, and identity development. She also has a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating midlife change, family transitions, and periods of self-discovery.

Assessment is a significant part of Rebecca's practice, and she conducts comprehensive cognitive, educational, autism, and ADHD assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about helping individuals, families, schools, and workplaces gain meaningful insight into strengths, challenges, and support needs.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband, three teenage children, dog, family, and friends. She loves being at the beach, exploring nature, heading out on bush walks, discovering great food, and learning about human behaviour.

At the heart of Rebecca's work is a commitment to helping people better understand themselves, recognise their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
